MAXIFAS^®Elastic

MAXIFAS Elastic is a high-quality elastomeric façade paint based on acrylic dispersion. It is extremely elastic and can bridge fine cracks. Due to its elasticity and watertightness, it is an excellent solution for the repair of old façade surfaces. It has a great covering capacity, excellent adhesion to the surface and good vapor permeability. It is resistant to weathering and UV radiation. It is used for the protection and decoration of vertical exterior mineral surfaces. It can be applied onto old load-bearing capable and well bonded acrylic coatings and decorative mortars. Not recommended for painting fresh, still non-carbonized lime and lime-cement surfaces (min. 28 days). Available in white color as a base for tinting with MAXIMIX system.
